How long does window tinting take?
Most cars and trucks are done in two to four hours depending on the number of windows and whether old film needs to be removed. Larger vehicles like RVs and farm equipment can take longer, and we will give you an honest time estimate when you book.
What tint percentage is legal in Illinois?
Illinois allows 35% visible light transmission or darker on the front side windows of most passenger vehicles, with more flexibility on rear windows and on trucks, vans, and SUVs. We walk you through the legal limits before installation so your vehicle stays compliant.
Does window tint really reduce heat?

How long before I can roll my windows down?
Plan on leaving the windows up for two to three days while the film cures. Curing can take longer in cold or humid weather. Small water pockets or a slight haze during this period are normal and disappear as the film dries.

Absolutely. We remove failing factory or aftermarket film, clean off the leftover adhesive, and install fresh film with a clean, bubble-free finish. Removal adds to the labor, so we factor it into your quote up front.
